Our Dedicated Staff.

Dr. Dawn Parks

Dr. Parks specializes in individual and couples therapy and maintains a private practice in Norfolk, Massachusetts.  She holds a doctorate in psychology, is a licensed mental health counselor and holds an advanced certification in addictions.  Originally from England she has lived in Belgium, France, Jamaica, Canada and multiple states in the U.S.A before settling in Massachusetts.  Dawn has a background in exercise physiology, personal training and holistic health.  She has worked in multiple milieux including forensics, research (addictions with Harvard medical school), teaching, and outpatient clinics. She especially enjoys working with individuals with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Christine DesLauriers

Christine is a licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW), CADC and LADC with over thirty years of experience in the field of mental health with a specialty in substance abuse and addictions treatment. Over the years Christine has worked in special education settings, child abuse and investigations, court treatment DWI treatment, intensive outpatient treatment as well as individual families, couples and group therapy settings. She has also served as Assistant Clinical Director in a large community mental health clinic. Besides addictions her other areas of interest include forensics, anxiety and depression, and family therapy.

Nancy Bisceglia

Nancy is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with master’s degrees in education and social work. After more than 30 years of experience in education and human services with diverse populations, she made a career change to social work focusing on a bio-psycho-social-spiritual whole person perspective.  She applies this perspective to addressing a wide range of mood, thinking, and other concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic, stress management, life transitions and trauma. Other areas of specialization are grief and grieving, work and career issues, coping with serious illness, and the needs of older adults.

Coach Derek

Derek is a certified professional life coach with a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications. His passion for life coaching began when he worked at the Bridgewater State University Academic Achievement Center and helped students organize and complete their work, develop and master self-discipline, and establish life skills that could be applied to a multitude of circumstances. These individual one-on-one sessions allowed Derek to not only teach academic skills, but to assist individuals in building self-esteem, setting goals, personal and professional development, and in acquiring an unrelenting pursuit for self-development. Derek is an innovative thinker who identifies hidden blockages and teaches alternative ways to overcome each obstacle. Derek wants you to know that he is here for you, whether its a listening ear or an encouraging word – because one small change can open doors you never imagined.

Coach Mike

Coach Mike is a certified life coach who puts a heightened emphasis on understanding. “In the understanding of others comes a deeper understanding of ourselves.” Coach Mike believes this to be his purpose. He seeks to help those in need of overcoming limitations in their personal or professional lives by helping them identify negative behavioral patterns. He specializes in making you feel comfortable while tackling some of the more uncomfortable situations. Do you have goals that need to be met?  Maybe you just need someone with an ear to lend that can also offer honest unbiased feedback? Anne Eszlari

Anne’s accumulated years of experience in administration and billing allow her to confidently provide the skills and knowledge needed to successfully support the staff and clients of Phoenix Behavioral Health. She is results driven, organized, and personable. Anne is motivated when helping others and is always up to a fun challenge. She finds inspiration and balance when working in her garden and spending time with her friends and family.

Tammy Patterson

Tammy has many years of experience in administrative support, finance, and customer service. 

She works as our front desk receptionist and is responsible for greeting clients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and other administrative support functions. 

The highlight of her day is interacting and building relationships with our clients. 

Magda Komasinska

Magda is our newest addition to the clinical team.

She brings experience working with adults and teenagers.

Magda is dedicated to her clients, and brings passion and commitment to her work.
